About me | Why I started Daylightful
Hi, and thanks for being here.
I'm the person behind Daylightful. I'm not here to give you a generic "platform intro"—I want to share why I spend time on care, older adults, and tech. For me, these are deeply personal.
About Daylightful
In a world full of noise and AI hype, my idea is simple: use tech and practical methods so that caring for parents and loved ones is no longer a heavy burden, but something that can be positive and joyful every day.
I started Daylightful because of my own family. My dad died of cancer too early. That experience taught me: so much can be different if we prepare a little earlier, learn a little earlier, and use the right methods. I don't want other sons and daughters to only realise they're unprepared when something happens.
So my vision is clear: help more carers and adult children get ready—not out of fear, but so they can feel more confident and calm, and create a positive care and ageing experience with their loved ones.
I believe care can be a meaningful journey. With the right methods and tech, small daily changes can make a big difference.
Our commitment to you
We respect the truth and don't exaggerate. Everything we publish is to help you and your loved ones—using tech to create positive ageing and care experiences.
Daylightful = Day (every day) + Delightful (positive experience). We're here with you and your loved ones—a little more light every day.
